Our tennis coaching programme offers lots of ways to stay in shape, develop new skills and meet others. It is our mission to show everyone how tennis can be a rewarding part of life. Our LTA-qualified, DBS-certified coaches are selected for their warm and welcoming personalities. We maintain a maximum ratio of 8 players per coach ratio so that every player is looked after well and can learn effectively.

Rusty Rackets
Coaching for Adult Beginners
Rusty Rackets is exactly what is says on the tin! This friendly and welcoming session is ideal for players who are either starting out for the first time or haven't played tennis in years, due to life getting in the way!
Designed to help players re-discover their love of the game by building both confidence and muscle memory. It is great for older players who want to make tennis an active and enjoyable part of their life again.

Adult Improvers
Coaching for intermediate players
Our adult coaching products come in several different shapes and sizes: Rusty Rackets/Beginners, Improvers and Advanced player group coaching are all ways for adults of varying standards to step on court and keep learning. If you’re looking for something more social, try a Hit'n'Mix session or for a calorie-burning workout try jumping on a Bootcamp Tennis class.

Minis
School years: Reception to Year 6
Mini Red (Reception to Year 2): learning the basics with lots of fun, skill based games
Mini Orange (Year 3-4): more shot development and tactical application
Mini Green (Year 5-6): full size court but still with de-pressurised balls

Juniors
School Years 7-12
Yellow Ball (Year 7-12): Move over Federer, we are ready for you! Now on a full size court, players further develop their skills, confidence, fitness and passion for tennis with regular competitive opportunities. Parents look on nervously as they realise they may no longer be the best player in the family!
