Our tennis coaching programme offers lots of ways to stay in shape, develop new skills and meet others. It is our mission to show everyone how tennis can be a rewarding part of life. Our LTA-qualified, DBS-certified coaches are selected for their warm and welcoming personalities. We maintain a maximum ratio of 8 players per coach ratio so that every player is looked after well and can learn effectively.

Coaching for Adult Beginners

Rusty Rackets is exactly what is says on the tin! This friendly and welcoming session is ideal for players who are either starting out for the first time or haven't played tennis in years, due to life getting in the way!

Designed to help players re-discover their love of the game by building both confidence and muscle memory. It is great for older players who want to make tennis an active and enjoyable part of their life again.

Nice relaxed atmosphere. Everyone I met this evening were helpful and supportive of bumbling beginners like me. - Maria N.

Adult Improvers

Coaching for intermediate players

Our adult coaching products come in several different shapes and sizes: Rusty Rackets/Beginners, Improvers and Advanced player group coaching are all ways for adults of varying standards to step on court and keep learning. If you’re looking for something more social, try a Hit'n'Mix session or for a calorie-burning workout try jumping on a Bootcamp Tennis class.

I am constantly learning new things on court and have met lots of players for games together. It's great working with Premier Tennis coaches - I have noticed a marked improvement in my technique, my tactics and my self-confidence - Christina S.
