- Please vacate the court promptly to allow others to start playing on the hour.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please exercise safely, with appropriate footwear; beware slippery conditions and play at your own risk.
- Guide dogs only allowed on court.

Facilities
- Parking: Paid parking via Parkside Road entrance
- Equipment hire: Equipment hire is available at the Hub reception
- Refreshments: Food and drink is available at the Hub café
- Toilets: Toilets including disabled access and baby change facilities are available
- Wheelchair access: The entire Hub is now on one level with accessible doors and gates
- Floodlights: Floodlights will turn on automatically as the light fades.
